Entercheck service user register

The purpose of personal data processing is to enable the registered person to use the Entercheck service and; - identifying users and managing access rights, - contact information management, - service usage monitoring, reporting, and service billing, - direct marketing and targeting services to customers, - fulfilling storage, reporting, and inquiry obligations in accordance with legal requirements and authority regulations and guidelines.

The register contains the following personal data: First and last name Email address Phone number Information about the organization on behalf of which the user uses the Entercheck service

The user's personal data is obtained from the user themselves, from providers of business and credit information, phone subscription information and electronic identification services, as well as from registers maintained by authorities within the limits permitted by law.

Personal data is disclosed to; Authorities within the limits permitted and required by valid legislation, The organization on behalf of which the user is acting.

Data may be transferred outside the EU or EEA within the limits permitted by the Personal Data Act.

The personal data in the register is stored in databases that are protected with appropriate encryption. Access rights to servers and personal data are limited by access controls. Access rights are granted on a need-to-know basis only to those who need the information to perform their work duties and only for as long as they perform those duties.

Users have the right to inspect and modify their own information via the Internet through the Entercheck service or by requesting information or correction of information through Entercheck Oy's customer service.

Users have the right to be removed from the register if they wish, provided that the removal of the data does not prevent the implementation of Entercheck Oy's legal rights, such as billing. The request must be made in writing, and the user must, if requested, prove their identity.
